Nobody's Princess by Erica Ridley

I absolutely adore the Wynchester's! This family is absolute perfection and this is such a solid series about the strength of chosen family. Erica Ridley truly takes the time and care to craft each and every one of the Wynchester siblings as well as their romantic partners. Ridley's writing is fun, well paced and intriguing. The plotting is lively and keeps the family and romantic interests on their toes as they learn what working together looks like. This is definitely not a series to be missed and although it can be read as standalones, they really build the familial relationships beautifully when read in order.

In this third installment of the series, Graham Wynchester believes he must come to a royal's rescue after decoding a series of messages in the scandal sheets, but Kunigunde, who he believes is in need of rescue is no damsel in distress. Kuni has spent her life training alongside the royal guardsman with the dream of becoming the first guardswoman in her country. So Kuni has gone on a secret mission in London to prove her worth and gather information. Graham is immediately taken with Kuni and he believes in her from the start, so trying to be of help he welcomes her into his world and Kuni starts to see what true family and strength means.

Kuni is strong and passionate, she works hard and she is very capable. She knows that in order to truly prove herself that she must do everything on her own. Graham is a cinnamon roll hero with a heart of gold. He knows what truly matters in life and he is compassionate and caring and always has an open mind and heart. I love that Graham easily invites Kuni into his families sanctuary and I love that they all embrace her with open arms. I love that this family is unique, caring and always on each other's sides. They know that they are stronger as a unit and can work together to solve any problem or case that comes their way. I love that Kuni learns that having someone's help does not make a person weak or incapable but rather it is a strength and understanding to play to everyone's strengths. I love that Kuni learns that what her dreams were can morph and change depending on a situation. Kuni and Graham have a fun and light chemistry, they are both extremely attracted to the other, they both have moments of jealousy, and they both show each other that they care through their small touches and passionate kisses. I love that Graham did not want to hold Kuni back from her dreams and I love that Kuni sees that she can still live her dreams just in a different way then she first imaged.

This lovely romance plays out beautifully surrounded by the support and strength of the Wynchester clan. If you love this series, you are going to be charmed by this book, if you have not read this series you definitely should! I am so looking forward to the next installment!
