In Good Company has a beautiful balance of the start of a new series and the interconnection from Singleton's most recent one, making it a lovely connection and growth for her seasoned readers and a great place to start for new ones!

This novel balance's ex-boyfriend's brother, billionaire boss perfectly in the social and summery setting of the Hamptons, making this a wonderful read for the summertime! Cal and Lucy find themselves in each other's orbits again when Lucy acts as a chef for a high profile dinner, and Cal convinces her to become his private chef for the season. Singleton writes this beautifully evocative book the elegantly brings to life the sensuality, fantasy and delight of good food. I also love that Lucy's dedication and creativity shines throughout and Cal becomes her ultimate champion for her dream. With food at the center we see the love for creation and care-taking bloom between these two and watching them work and problem solve together creates this strong foundation for them to fall in love. This novel is fun, light, sweet and delicious. It will leave you happy and smiling as you see these two find their true dreams, build stronger relationships, and learn that going after your dream is not a selfish action!

I adored In Good Company, it is a wonderful place to start if you are new to Kat Singleton, and I would so highly recommend this book and this author!
