Book Review

Laura Pavlov is in her co-worker, forbidden romance era! This physical therapist and hockey player romance has all the charm of small town with the excitement of a sports romance. Pavlov peppers in the angst as these two fight their chemistry in order to stay out of trouble with the team. Pavlov’s writing is fun and humorous, her character’s dance to life, and the small town tight nit family helms this series with such clarity and delight!
Eloise and Clark easily fall into this friendship of opposites attract as Eloise works with Clark post injury in his hometown. These two learn to respect and understand the other as this delicious tension burns beneath the surface! I adored watching Clark get Eloise to loosen up and take a chance on attraction! These two have such a sweet and charming romance and Clark is all in and champions Eloise at every turn!
Pavlov’s Rose River Series has been a true delight, each romance has a touch of that work place forbidden-ness, while each pair shines with the own unique story! I would definitely recommend this romance for any small town lover who adores heroes that fall hard and fast!
