Sawyer is a delicious single parents, one night stand romance that sparkles with chemistry and attraction. Jessica Peterson's writing has this delightful light and conversational tone that really drives the ease of the relationship between Ava and Sawyer, perfectly balancing and playing off their budding feelings. Peterson is an author who I find to be easily engage-able, well paced, and balanced. Sawyer is the third installment in the Lucky River Ranch series that centers around brothers.

This book will make you fall hard for a single-dad cowboy, who is a protector and caretaker for those around him. Sawyer is so swoonworthy! Not only sexy and sensual, but has a deep emotional understanding of those around him and he is very aware of all the little and mundane things he can do to subtly show someone how much he cares. Ava is also this bold and beautiful woman, who loves her daughter, and knows that she deserves a certain quality in regards to the relationships she has. Ava can stand tall and protect not only herself and her daughter, but she also can appreciate the way Sawyer takes care of them both in the softly quiet ways he does. I adore a duel single parent romance because you not only get the building of a relationship with the child and new partner, but you also get this wonderful layer of friendship, trust and understanding built between the children. This novel is really about the expansion and blending of family and the beauty and care that goes into creating a new magical unit!

Sawyer is a must read for any Jessica Peterson fan! For any fan of cowboy romances! For any one who is charmed by love and the vulnerable nature of those relationships especially when you add children into the mix.
