Striking is the perfect sweet and fantasy escape from real life with a rich and endearing romance at its heart! Bella Matthews truly has this gift for easily drawing her readers into her stories, keeping them engaged, and really walking this beautiful line of the fantasy and reality of a romance. Striking is truly Matthews in her element, and I enjoyed every minute of the ride!

This accidental marriage romance has a delicious royalty twist! Bellamy, who is studying for a major grad school test, finds herself in the company of Rhys, a prince and the next in line to his family throne. Their attraction is palpable and leads to Bellamy joining Rhys at his home to potentially take over a foundation he started in honor of his mother who died from cancer. Bellamy is a strong and resilient woman who has her own cancer journey and ambitions which lead her to explore this option. Rhys and Bellamy, while first chemically drawn to the other, really end up being a person who provides support and calmness when the world gets turned upside down. I loved watching these two find a rhythm with the other where they are fully supportive and the source of strength the other needs. This romance really shows that the balance of a relationship and how a foundation of trust and openness are the building blocks of a beautiful relationship.

Bella Matthews is an author I can easily recommend to anyone, a new romance reader or old, can easily find something to love amongst her world and characters! Definitely pick this novel or any other of Matthews today.
