Riley's writing is gripping and raw, her characters are heartbreaking and relatable, and her pacing keeps you engaged and on the edge of your seat. This romance is definitely for those who love rich and impactful tension, an emotional rollercoaster that will have you second guessing what is coming next, and a romance that is truly worth waiting for.

I was utterly interested in the high school reunion weekend setting (as my 20th High School reunion is this summer). Having this backdrop that places you in orbit with people that you might have complicated emotions and feelings around is a great setting to really drive up the emotional stakes. Dylan and Brooks' have to tackle their complicated history on old stomping grounds where memories sizzle on the surface. This also creates the perfect chemistry for things to come to a head, for love to win, and for understanding to shine.

Micah Riley is definitely worth the read and someone to place on your authors to watch list! I am excited to see her world and writing grow!
